WiiMailer is a weekly newsletter that goes directly to the Wii system. It contains a picture, news, and a link to a YouTube video and sometimes a surprise! It's really simple. To add WiiMailer, go to your Wii friend's list and add WiiMailer@yahoo.com as your friend. That's it!
Well that only took forever. According to an announcement on the official Rock Band forums, the Wii version of Rock Band 2 will ship on December 18th. So what are the odds of getting a copy for Christmas? Still pretty slim. The game is expected to actually hit store shelves 5-7 days after the shipping date. That means the earliest you can expect to see it is December 23rd, two days before Christmas. Even then, it will likely be snapped up pretty quick.
The game alone will be $49.99, the drums will be $89.99, and the guitar will be $69.99. Of course, the game will also come bundled with the instruments for $189.99. Sound expensive?
Phahtrox: So did you ever think of how much Nintendo actually spends on their games?
From www.neogaf.com
In 2003, Nintendo declared that $34 million was spent on R&D. This figure steadily climbed to $103 million in 2006 and the following year bumped dramatically to $370 million. - WhatTheyPlay
Phahtrox:If you can't think this generation could get any weirder, then you are sadly wrong. Check out the pics of the hemp encrusted Wii-Mote. Better yet, the Wii-Mote is fully functional.
For those how have been with me since the Dawn of WiiMailer, and those who have read the WiiMailer Blog, I, Phahtrox is stirring up a fancy concoction for my next project.
Send me a Wii Message of what you think it is... And sorry about the BrawlMailer mentioned before, that's dead...
